Susan Boyle - The Women I Was Born To Be - My Story

I have recently read a book called ' My Story - The Women I Was Born To Be'. The book was written by Susan Boyle. The book was an autobiography and it followed Susan's life from the day she was born until the day that she became famous.

I loved reading this book as i love to read true stories.  The book had text that was easy to read and to understand. This was a book that i couldn't put down, i was hooked from the very first page.

The book was all about Susan Boyle. Susan was a middle aged woman from Blackburn, West Lothian, a tiny village in Scotland.  This book saw Susan rise to global fame in 2009 afetr appearing on Britian's Got Talent. Before Susan's rise to fame she had to deal with many problems in her life.  Susan was born with mild brain damage, she was bullied all through school and she lost her sister, her mother and her father all before she shot to fame. Susan had done everything from singing karoke in local pubs to a huge performance with an 80 piece orchestra in Japan.  Susan captured the hearts of millions when she auditioned for Britian's Got Talent.  Susan had a record breaking debut album and is now an internatonal superstar. This is a must read book for anyone who follows new found superstars.  Well Done Susan Boyle is all that i can say.
